Notes

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone with a generous helping of peak of the season Colorado Palisade peaches. a half-gallon of peach puree added after primary fermentation and before the dry hop brings out the best in every part of this beer. Bitter, malty, floral, and juicy. The perfect beer to kick back during an Indian Summer night.

We are brewing 15 Gallons this weekend and plan to add the peaches to the primary. Do you know how to calculate the added sugar from the peaches? We don't want to blow this into a DIPA.
