Only going to use one pack of yeast and create a starter 48 hours out and step it up once at 24 hours out for enough for the 10 gallons.
10 gallons transferred from the kettle to the fermenter, plus 1 gallon total starter = 11 total gallons in fermenter. Filling 2 kegs with this one.
You can make your own golden syrup. I may try to make it rather than buy Tate's. Recipes are available online, I guess about 16 oz.
Mash is 90 minutes. Boil is 60.
