Notes

Beer racked onto tincture and coconut in secondary at 14 days

Curry spice tincture includes curry powder, cardamom, Garam Marsala, and Indian chili powder rested overnight in neutral vodka.

15 oz organic unsweetened flaked coconut toasted at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden.

First time making it, LHBS messed up my order and gave me 9.6 oz of Black Patent instead of 1 oz and it was mixed with the rest of my grain. Will likely have to doctor to make up for added bitterness.
