Mash Chemistry and Brewing Water Calculator
 
Notes

Add 10ml Lactic acid and 15mg of Calcium Chloride to mash water.

Mash in base malt and oats at 150F.

Steep Midnight wheat and blackprinz malt in cold water for duration of mash.

At 60 minutes of mash time, add steeped midnight wheat and blackprinz malts.

Hop stand Mosaic at 165 for 20 minutes.

Pull sample for fast ferment test.

Day 3: Add Kohatu

Day 6: Drop temp to 50F

Day 7: Dry hop Galaxy and Bru-1.

Day 8: Pull hops off beer.

Day 10: Take gravity reading. If at FG, Cold Crash.
