Malty notes balanced with hop flavors. Srm and abv more in style and Less residual sweetness than #1.

Malty notes balanced with hop flavors. Srm and abv more in style and Less residual sweetness than #1. Still low attenuation from the burlington Ale yeast, maybe buttery notes from diacetyl? Try lower fermentation time and raising temp to 70+ sooner.
