TDH Golden Promise Ekuanot SMaSH with London Ale III NEIPA

Plan for 14 day fermentation.

1st DH Day 2
2nd DH Day 4
3rd DH Day 7

Test for off flavors after day 14 and keg with no cold crash.

Making a 4L 1.040 Starter (15 oz DME) to divide between 3 jars with approx 220 B cells per batch. Use 1 and save the other 2. Remake starter using the last jar.
