Notes

Adding 3 oz citra & 3 oz mosaic immediately after 60 minute boil during cool down.
Made an 800 ml starter - 24 hours, cold crash for 3 hours, will decant and pour off top.
Added 2 gallons cold water, and immersion chiller. Will top off fermenter to close to 5 gallons to hit OG target.
OG was spot on - 1.070
Fermentation kicked in after about 6 hours
