11/30/20- missed 0 minute addition, will dry hop at 1 week instead (0.25oz per fermenter). OG 1.069. 2.5 gal in 1007 fermenter, pitched at 60, ferm temp 61F. 2.5 gal in 2633 fermenter, pitched at 55, ambient temp mid 50s. 12/7/20- 0.25oz dry hop added. Transfers done 12/13.
3/12/21- first brew day, not bad overall, mash temp a bit low, needed extra 2 tsp baking soda to hit mash pH, too much trub to fermenter. OG 1.058. Transfer to speidel 3/31, IG 1.014. FG 1.014, ABV 6%.
3/28/22- OG 1.066.
