Notes

This recipe contains a whirlpool addition. After boiling, when you are using the immersion chiller, wait until the wort cools to 80°C. Then remove the chiller and and stir in the whirlpool hops. Wait 20 minutes (this is called a hop stand). Then resume chilling and proceed as usual.
