Notes

Didn’t read my recipe and added 1 lbs of carapils instead of 0.6 lbs. oops.

5/5/2020
Fermented at 52 deg F and stored at ~ the same temp in bottles. End of april beginning of may it tastes great. simple clean taste

11/21/2020 start ferment
Not sure why why gravity so low. Put in wine closet to ferment.

12/6/20 bottle. 42 bottles. Refract didn’t read right when bottled but didn’t check sample until all bottled up. Final gravity a bit of a guess. After priming sugar added. Hydrometer said 1.014. Added 1 oz per gallon of beer. Put in boiler room
