Notes
Adding Brett Bacillus and old stinky cheesy smelling hops to a classic ESB Recipe....The BrettBac was barm from a previous batch of Belgian Bretty Boop which I fed and nurtured for a couple of weeks. Hoping it turns out like a 17th-18th Century tavern ale....but how would I know....oh well.
