Pretty down the chart Biere de Noel right out of Farmhouse Ales by Phil Markowski.

The major interesting change I've made is going with Voss Kviek to hopefully add a twist of orange ester to the beer by underpitching it (1/2 tsp slurry) and fermenting it relatively warm (80F/26C).
