Notes

I wanted to make a batch with the similar hops(in AA) as a local brew I like to drink: Laine Brew Co. Ripper Session IPA. That beer is 4.9% this one calculates to 5.37% and is pretty close to the original. The hops used are the same as the original Laine's brew (according to their web site) though I have no idea what their ratios / timings are. They also use a bit of wheat - according to their tins. The colour looks about right too but lighter than type suggests. This is an update to my original Ripper Clone an Extract - hence the name change that gives me an idea for the label.
