Notes

Brew day went well. Hit the numbers, but was slightly low on volume. Didn't hve lactic acid so may have impacted efficiency a little (electric brew kettle).

Fermented out great, a lot of sulfur smell during fermentation due to yeast. Transfered to keg with hops on day 7. Put in Kegerator after 4 days, transfered to final keg next day. Wasn't able to do closed transfer because of hops blocking dip tube. Transferred via auto siphon but will try doing dip tube sieve next time.

Turned out fantastic. Wonderful clove/banana aroma, nice clean taste, persistent white fluffy head.
