Notes

Mostly this was an experiment to see if the SS fermenter was still OK after moving the legs. A lot went a little sideways this day, but we soldiered through. Ferment seemed fine, only that there was a little bit of that black foam at the top of the ferment line afterwards.

Tasted great - perfect amount of bitterness. Thinking maybe next time to use Munich or Vienna instead of Victory. Time to tweak a successful beer!

Everyone likes this beer, even those who don't normally order them - including me!
