Notes

Adding a mashout for this recipe as it has a low mash ratio and high volume of wheat...I would like to avoid a stuck sparge.

Fermentation:

  • Primary ferment between 64-65 degrees to really bring out the Clove
  • Once primary is complete, raise temperature to about 68 and dry hop.
