Small-scale traditional brewery in the heart of Mid-Wales. Everything is manual including bottling and labelling all done on site. Brewery started at the beginning of 2021 focusing on a core range of traditional Bitter, UK IPA and Milk Stout. Later adding a dry-hopped dark IPA and a light, American-style pale ale. Scaled up from 50L capacity to now 400L hot side and 5bbl cold side. Aiming mostly at the local market and planning to open our tap room hopefully by Christmas 2021.
Traditional selection of a sessionable Best Bitter at 4%; A UK-Style IPA at 5.1% and a Coffee/Choc/Vanilla Milk Stout. Now complemented by a more citrus, dry-hopped dark IPA and a light American pale ale to appeal to the lager-drinkers who want to try a real ale.
