Notes: Clean taste with no off flavours, so I guess sanitation was good.
A fresh hoppy flavour with good bitterness. If I concentrate, I get biscuit flavour from the malts.
Body (mouth feel) is noticeable. Almost creamy. ABV is approximately 5.7%. I was aiming for 5.2%.
Overall, pleased with the result. My 3rd attempt at all grain brewing. |

Water treating minerals were added at the beginning of the mash
Preboil Specific Gravity: 1.066 corrected for temp at 3.56 gals and 115F
The addition of 2.56 Gallons (21.35 lb) of water will be made during the boil. The total boiling volume is 6.12 gal.
~1.5 Gallons was added after boil before temp dropped below 170 F
