Notes

Clean taste with no off flavours, so I guess sanitation was good.
A fresh hoppy flavour with good bitterness. If I concentrate, I get biscuit flavour from the malts.
Body (mouth feel) is noticeable. Almost creamy. ABV is approximately 5.7%. I was aiming for 5.2%.
Overall, pleased with the result. My 3rd attempt at all grain brewing.
