Notes: Esta receta apuntaba a una densidad original de 1.068 para unos 25L pero al final ha salido mucho más quizá por un molido fino y un lavado potente de la malta y el trigo. O quizá 7Kg eran mucho para 35L iniciales jajajaj
Se olvidó echar el servomices durante el hervido pero se hechó durante el Whirpool/hopstand y parece que ha funcionado bien. |

SOBRE AIGUA ABANS:
Para calcular cuánta agua necesitas al inicio de la elaboración de tu cerveza, tenemos que considerar varios factores:
Datos proporcionados:
Objetivo: Obtener 15 litros de cerveza terminada.
Malta: 4 kg.
Macerción: 67 °C por 90 minutos.
Hervor: 100 °C por 60 minutos.
Factores a considerar:
Absorción de agua por la malta:
La malta absorbe aprox. 1 litro por kg de grano.
→ 4 kg × 1 L/kg = 4 litros perdidos.
Evaporación durante el hervor:
El hervor durante una hora típicamente evapora entre 10% y 15% por hora del volumen hervido.
Estimemos una tasa de evaporación de 3–4 L/h (esto depende de tu olla Klarstein, pero 3 L/h es una cifra común).
Pérdidas por trub y trasiego:
Suele haber una pérdida de entre 1–2 litros entre fondo de olla, lúpulo y trasiego. Vamos a usar 1.5 litros como media.
Cálculo total del agua inicial necesaria:
Para obtener 15 L finales, debes añadir:
4 L (absorción de malta)
3 L (evaporación)
1.5 L (pérdidas por trub y trasiego)
= 15 + 4 + 3 + 1.5 = 23.5 litros de agua al inicio.
✅ Respuesta final:
Debes usar aproximadamente 23.5 litros de agua al inicio de la elaboración.
⚠️ Este número puede variar ligeramente dependiendo de tu olla (Klarstein tiene distintos modelos), la intensidad de tu hervor, y tus métodos de trasiego. Te recomiendo anotar tus volúmenes reales durante la elaboración para ajustar en futuras cocciones.
MASH (1h):
- Utilitzats 23 litres inicials d'aigua fontboix sense tractar.
- Afegida 4kg malta base golden promise simpsons malt i 400gr malta caramalt simpsons malt.
- Comptem que per elaborar 15l de cervesa final hem de comptar que en perdem 8l pel camí (demanat chat, consultar més amunt).
RECIRCULAT (1h):
- 36 min recirculat actiu + 20 arrossegar
EBULLICIÓ (1h):
Afegit 10gr de llupol pellet amarillo als 30 min de començar a bullir.
Afegit 15gr de llupol amarillo pellet al parar l'ebullició (60min després de començar a bullir)
Afegida pastilla irish moss 10 minuts abans de estopar l'ebullició.
Afegit 8gr de llúpol sec del 2024 al acabar ebullició (60min) quan estigui a 80 graus fent el whirpool + Afegit 20gr llúpol fresc 2025 al acabar ebullició (60min) quan estigui a 80 graus fent el whirpool.
Retirat llupol afegit al whirpool quan most està a 51 graus (amb el serpentí ja refredant.
Afegir 40gr llúpol fresc al dia 11 d'estar al fermentador (12/08) en DRYHOP i retirar el dia 17/08. (una única càrrega dryhop)
REFREDAMENT:
13:10h Refredat fins a 80 graus amb whirpool (20min) i afegit llupol fresc Bernat i a la 13:30h col·locat serpentí i refredat fins a XºC a les XX:XXh.
PRIMING:
11gr de llevadura verdant IPA de Lallemand per 15l de cervesa. Fet priming amb 1l i posat a fermentador de 30L (Blanc).
DENSITATS:
1/8: Inicial: 1045 (a 37 graus)
QUANTITAT BIRRA FINAL AL FERMENTADOR: 13,5L
