Notes

After mashing, I sparge and combine worts and let it come to a boil for 15 mins. Then cool off to 115F, add 4 -6 oz of Kefir. Close lid, wrap in blanket, set aside for 24 hours.

The next day, bring the wort to a boil and continue as normal.

Add fruits by 4th-5th day

starter didnt show much action (prob due to very low pitch) but gravity was 1.006 in 24 hours
