Notes
This is the 7 Seas recipe from the book.
Mash 151-152 for 60 minutes
Boil for 20 minutes
Chill to 105 and pitch lacto.
Sour until you reach a pH hits 3.3-3.4.
Boil for 60 minutes adding hops and spices as specified.
Whrilpool for 30 minutes.
Chill and transfer to fermenter.
Note: The book recipe called for EKG hops at 30 mins. I'm going to add fruit to this, so I swapped it out for Amarillo at 5 mins, and I already had Amarillo hops.
I also am using Goodbelly Probiotic shots (Lemon) since my LHBS did not have any lacto cultures.
