I brewed this 1 month ago - In the keg and drinking now. I really wish this was a 'magic pudding' keg as I never want it to end - Easily the most complex tasting beer I've gotten out of my BIAB system. The Raspberry baking paste was difficult to find here in Australia, however ended up getting it at an independent cake supply shop. Fantastic tasting Sweet Stout, just like a Wagon Wheel - once again Black Hops are awesome!!!
