Notes
Beautiful pale Amber color. Strong aroma of grapefruit. Crisp grapefruit notes followed by a bitter finish. Very yummy and quite pleased how this turned out.
I was originally going to make this into a pale ale, but it is definitely too bitter. Will try another batch called Gluten Free Grapefruit Ale 1.1 that will be closer to a pale ale.

Just cracked open a bottle I saved from a batch made in April and it is still SO delicious. Such a strong grapefruit flavor and aroma and just enough bitterness to not be overwhelming. Definitely straddles the line between pale ale and and IPA.
