Notes

3/28: Start a (2) 2L starter with 7.4oz light DME each.
Yeast made date is 1/17/20. Spun on stir plate @2pm at 66 degrees.
Start with 20 gallons RO Water. Added 7g calcium chloride per 5 gallons water.
3/29: Brew Day
Started with 7 gal of water at 156 degrees. Settled at 145 for 15 minutes.
Added 9 quarts boiling water and went to 157 deg. Stirred until cooled to 155 and let sit for 15 minutes.
Mashout at 168 for 10 minutes.
Sparge and drain to boil pot took 65 min.
Cooled to 60 degrees and put into freezer at 50 degrees
Added yeast 2 hours later
Brix 14.5 SG: 1.059
4/4: 9am Added .8oz Saphir Hops to each carboy. Fermentation still active.
