Comment: Þar sem gerjunin fór lengra en við vildum, væri fínt að meskja á hærra hitastigi næst (var gert á 67° en kanski betra í ca. 69°?). Einnig hafði Halldór orð á því að breyta humlaschedule, fá meiri humla í biotransformation t.d.
