First all grain brew. Intended to semi-emulate some of my favorite IPA's, including the Zythos Double IPA kit from HomeBrewStuff.com (which I've made 4x now) and the gold standard being the Devil Made Me Do It IPA from Haines Brewing Company.

Most of the choices are complete guesses.

Results may be surprising. Hopefully good surprising!

Very happy with this ... my first all grain brew, first use of SS Brewtech mash tun and 15 gallon kettle as well as my 2-roller Monster Mill. I could have used more bittering perhaps, as it's mellowed significantly, but it's quite satisfying otherwise.
