First Kolsch.
Chilled to 72 deg, Areated 10 min, put in fridge to get to 56 deg. than pitched yeast.
Primary at 14 days at 56 deg, then secondary for 7 days at 40 deg.

OG 1.048 FG 1.009 SRM about 3.5
Tasting notes: hint of Apple & Pear in the Aroma prior to bottle.
8/4: Bottled 8-22s and 28-12s
After 3 weeks, slight Pear flavor, very good.
