Use Kveik IPA
Ferment at 28C
Brew to glass in 7 days
Dry hop 2-day @ 70% attenuation (1.027) after 36h of fermentation.
Dry hop 7-day in hop bag suspended from the keg lid with dental floss.
Can substitute the Mosaic for Simcoe if necessary...
