This is inspired by Lagunitas DayTime IPA. Really shouldn't be labeled IPA, This is essentially a hoppy light beer using Glucoamylase in the mash @ a rate of 1 gram per lb of grist to make low FG and low carb. See HBT thread about this beer and the process.

Starting water is very soft mountain runoff, similar to RO. Bru'n Water predicts mash pH as 5.34, 5.19 without the Baking Soda.
I have made this several times using different American IPA or Pale Ale hop varieties. Its always been good to excellent. I don't think the low ABV would support a very massive dry hop load.
