Notes

A medium body, light coloured Pale Ale brewed for enjoying in the warm summer months on the Redcliffe Peninsula in Queensland, Australia.

Hops can be high alpha, tropical fruit variety, typically Galaxy (AUS) here in Australia. Although this particular version I'm trying out El Dorado (USA).

Our source water is rain water via municipal collection in dams. Water is relatively soft with suitable minerality for brewing; typically we need to add some CaSO4 and a little CaCl.

Carbonate to 2.4 vols and enjoy cold.
