start on 2-14-19.
steep 20' 150-160F. Sparge w/ 170F.
Brix = 12.2 (1.050 og).
shoot for final Brix 7
Tter to 2nd on 2-20 (6days)
Brix =6.2 (1.009 fg, 5.28% ABV), it must be nearly complete.
Make starter from some of dregs for OC2 brew.
2/22= 8 days (brix=5.8 , 1.007 fg, 5.6% ABV)
Bottle w/ 3/4c corn sugar.
4/3/19 - (~6weeks after bottling). Now it is finally nicely carbonated. Reddish color with a thick creamy head.
