0.04 oz. hazelnut flavoring. (add a tiny bit at a time to bottling)
1 tsp. Irish moss

mash temperature of 153 °F for 45 minutes.
mash out 170 °F (77 ºC).

Boil for 90 minutes. Add hops 60/30 mins
Irish moss with 15 minutes left in the boil.

Ferment cool (60 °F/16 ºC)

rack with corn sugar and hazelnut flavoring.
