Notes
Originally a Northern Brewer Kit Nut Brown kit, used as an outline with a few changes to grain, hops and mash.
People likes the beer but I thought it was watery with little character so, I added some base malt to bump up ABV, increased mash temp to provide a deeper flavor and increased the ferment temp by a degree to see if that will draw out a little more yeast character.
