toasted oats (One sourced said to bake 60 mins at 350F. I ended up doing about 10 mins at 350. Stopped after the oats stopped smelling like cookies and started to get just slightly acrid.)
use WLP037 if it can be found. Ferment at 66-68 for WLP007, 65 for WLP037
Used W1098 Fermented at 66. Tasting notes: Came out pretty good. Sue seemed to like it. Had a bit of nutty on the back end, but not overwelming. Could almost toast those oats just a bit longer.
