My recipe. The final gravity was actually 1.011
The hop flavor is very different but not disliked, just not citrusy
like I expected. I think the calypso hop gives it the different character.
I have been told its clean but has a "synthetic taste" or a "sizzurp" taste.
Not flattering in words, but has to be tasted to understand. I will soon do a
SMASH Calypso to see what that is like.
