WOW this turned out good! I adjusted the grain bill a bit from Jet Black Heart to up the ABV. I can't believe how good this turned out. Seriously great beer. Sweet from the lactose, but a touch of chocolate on the finish. Very smooth and easy to drink, but with more flavor than a true Jet Black Heart. I recommend giving this one a try, it's seriously great.

This morphed into something different. I've brewed this five times and it's my favorite beer I make. It's a great recipe.
