Notes

Dorada Pampeana Estilo Cerveza Mingahttps://www.homebrewersassociation.org/homebrew-recipe/dorada-pampeana-estilo-cerveza-minga/

Update 9/1/18, came out nice and clean but very boring. Malt is light, goldeny, tastes like a craft 'light beer' in ways but slightly more body/ABV. It was one dimensional so I added 15oz of fresh Centennial hops I had to harvest. Better, still a little bland but easy drinking. - Would go back to V2 for the next blond/golden.
