First batch turned out good, hit all the numbers almost dead on. Kegged at an FG of 1.008. It did have a slightly off flavor but i think that's due to leaving it on the Trub too long, i also kegged it and started carbing it immediately, should have let it rest in the keg at room temp for about 4 days before chilling it.
