Notes

Add Corn Sugar @ 10 minutes

Mashed in low @ 145. Added ~1/3 gallon of boiling water. Only brought mash temp up to 146-147ish

Decided to sparge with 4-2/3 gallons, but with same amount ions as original plan (2.8g gypsum & 6.9g CaCl2)

Yeast used: imperial yeast Juice

FG 1.010 @ 34 degrees
