Notes
13 lbs. of grain will absorb about 2 gal. water - 5 gal. strike water plus 5 gal. sparge water should yeald 8 gal. for the boil. Strike water should be at 162F if grain is at 70F to hit target rest of 151F.
1 vial of WLP007 less than 1 month old with a 2 liter starter will produce the desired 1MM cells per ml pitching rate
