Notes

This recipe is based on information from ST, which is as follows:

Sorry for the delay. Here’s some advice to make STBC IPA- inspired homebrew.

OG: 15.2P
FG: 2.4P
IBU: 60
SRM: 10.5

81.5% base malt (we use Canadian 2-row)
8.5% munich malt
8.5% caramel/crystal 8 malt
1.5% caramel/crystal 60 malt

Kettle hops: CTZ
Whirlpool hops: Cascade/CTZ
Dry hop: CTZ/Centennial/Chinook/Cascade, about 1lb/bbl total

Ferment with English ale yeast. Our house ale yeast is a proprietary British heritage strain. You’re looking for extremely flocculent, fruity, fast ale yeast. We ferment at 67F.

I have altered the bill to include malt and hops that I obtained from the Northern Brewer Chinook IPA kit.
