Notes

Steep grains for 20 minutes prior to boil at 160 degrees (+/- 10 degrees).

During dry hop use zest from 1 normal sized grapefruit, reduce inner white part, just rind, cut into 1 in2 pieces. Soak in vodka briefly before putting them into carboy for disinfectant.
