With this recipe, you can experiment multiple hops techniques and produce a funky NEIPA, with strong hops aroma, low bitterness (no hops during boiling !), and a fresh taste. You don't feel the alcool, and the malt taste emerge after the funky hoppy flavour. You will feel tropical fruits as on a beach in Cuba !
Very poor stability over time: condition the bottles around 20º for bottle carbonation, then keep refrigerated, and drink before 4 months after the bottling.
