Notes

This is a Tetley's Mild clone found on http://barclayperkins.blogspot.com/2014/01/lets-brew-wednesday-1945-tetleys-mild.html with mods due to availability of ingredients. I used the shortcut dilution method to make invert #2 as per http://www.unholymess.com/blog/beer-brewing-info/making-brewers-invert. (447.72 grams golden syrup and 5.28 grams blackstrap to make one pound of invert #2) No brewing caramel was available, so I am steeping midnight wheat to color to around 38 SRM.
