Notes
Create a 2 liter starter 2 - 3 days prior to brewing.
His recipe uses RO water and he adds acid to get to proper mash PH. He then adds 1/4 tsp gypsum and 1/4 tsp calcium
chloride to mash.
Add Whirlpool hops to kettle at flameout for 10 - 15 minutes. Add Hopback hops to kettle at start of chilling.
This recipe has slightly more hops than Gordon's recipe and I am throwing in some dry hops as well. Gordon Strong did not use dry hops in his original recipe.
