Cereal Mash 1 lb. Pale Ale malt 1.5 lb Quick Grits 0.5 lb quinua nuts
rest 15 minutes at 125 degree. rest 15 minutes at 155 degrees boil for 30 minutes. cool to 160 and add to mash for 60 minutes.
Used 11 grams ale yeast (safale-05) and
11 grams lager yeast (saflager-s23)
