Notes

11/12/17- mirky brown with a gravity of 1.026 at this point from about 1 and a half weeks ago. This might have the brett trio in it as well. It's really sweat but will be interesting as it drys up. I probably would try and make it a little more paler and use Special B instead of carafa II. Maybe doesn't need carapils either.
