Notes

May follow dead pony club style - check DIY Dog

Using more of a new England style recipe to avoid too much bitterness. Considered using flaked oats but will save this type for a true new England including a different yeast. Going for a clean 5% IPA

Note: in the punk IPA recipe brew dog note that the best dry hopping flavour profile comes from adding hops after 5 days and bringing down to cellar temps at 14 Degrees

Will let ferment in primary for 5 days then will test gravity and dry hop with 40g mosaic in one and 40g Citra in the other
