Steeped specialty grains 30 minutes.
Note these are imperial gallons. I arrived at 1.064 OG and was wondering why.

1 week primary, 3 weeks secondary (19-20C) arrived at FG of 1.012
Beer is cloudy, irish moss and/or gelatin trick may be necessary if you want clarity.
